3 weeks ago today our little guy BRIAN DOUGLAS ADAMS was born!! The past 3 weeks have gone by so fast! On the otherhand the 3 weeks before that were the longest 3 weeks ever because for 3 weeks the doctor said he would arrive any day... but that didn't happen and we ended up having him on his induction date:) Although I was kind of interested in knowing what it was like to just go into labor on my own...being induced is rather pleasant:) So we woke up early and got to the hospital at 7:00 am, but we didn't get to start me for quite a while because I had to have an antibiotic first and I'm allergic to what they normally give. They didn't have the other antibiotic ordered yet....so at around 8:00 they finally got that going. At 11:00 they got the actual pitocin started and when she checked me at almost 5:00 I was ready to push. It was 5:00 on the dot when Brian was born! He was 7 lbs 11 oz. and was 20 in long! After Brian was here Stephanie and Erin went and picked Addy up from our friends Chris and Kelli's house to bring her to meet her brother. (Thanks for watching her!)

Addy is such a good big sister! She is such a great helper and loves her brother so much:)
We bought Addy a baby doll too so she could have a baby of her very own as well:) She named him Jack.
